Shipping, returns & privacy

Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days. Metro cities usually receive delivery in 2–4 days and the rest of India in 4–7. Delivery is free on orders over Rs 2,500; below that a flat Rs 99 applies. Festive-season orders should be placed at least ten days ahead.

Returns

If a candle arrives damaged, send us a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it. Unused, unopened products can be returned within 7 days. Personalised and engraved items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Care

On the first burn, let the wax melt to the edge of the vessel. Trim the wick to 5 mm before each burn, never burn for more than four hours at a time, and keep the flame away from draughts, curtains, pets and children.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to fulfil an order: your name, contact details and delivery address. We do not sell or rent your data. Your bag is stored in your own browser, not on our servers. When online payments go live, card details will be handled entirely by the payment gateway and never stored by us.
